SAGA (the South African Geophysical Association) was founded in 1977 to foster and encourage the development of Geophysics in South Africa and has since grown to over 350 members worldwide.
SAGA hosts regular monthly talks, produces a topical newsletter, presents shorts courses annually, and runs biennial technical meetings.
